Additionally, they provide a 40-night comfort guarantee: if after 5 nights you find your mattress uncomfortable, they will exchange it, provided a mattress protector was used; charges apply for this service.
Happy Beds does not accept returns due to the intimate nature of their products, ensuring customer health and safety. Exceptions are made for incorrect or defective items; customers should contact Happy Beds within 30 days to arrange a replacement. Cancellations are allowed within 1 hour of order placement.
MattressOnline offers a 60-Night Comfort Trial for mattresses, allowing customers to exchange their mattress within 60 nights if it’s unsuitable. To qualify, a mattress protector must be used, and the mattress should remain in good condition. If the replacement mattress is less expensive, the difference (up to £100) is provided as site credit; if more expensive, customers pay the difference.
For beds and sofa beds, MattressOnline.co.uk accepts returns under specific conditions. Smaller items, such as pillows and bedding, can be returned directly to their outlet stores. However, larger items like mattresses, beds, and sofa beds must be returned to their main warehouse in Rotherham.
